Founded by software professionals.
Built for the labs that deliver PGx.
Translational Software has curated pharmacogenomic content for clinicians since 2009. The PGx Toolkit takes that work further — packaging the knowledge base into a pipeline genetic testing laboratories can deploy, validate, and defend without surrendering control of patient data.
From PubMed to lab-grade infrastructure.
Translational Software was founded in 2009 to democratize precision medicine. We focused on pharmacogenomics because it sits at the intersection of broad clinical impact and real analytical complexity — translating raw instrument data into information clinicians can use.
We built a curated, evidence-graded knowledge base grounded in primary literature and authoritative guidance, along with a processing pipeline to make it accessible and reproducible.
The PGx Toolkit brings that foundation into the laboratory. Running entirely within the customer's environment, it documents every analytical step and produces audit-ready reports — supporting CLIA- and MolDX-compliant pharmacogenomic LDTs.
